Enkei is pleased to announce the addition of the all-new T6R to our lineup. We’ve taken some of the most eye-catching design elements from the TS-5 and used them to create an equally impressive 6-spoke wheel. The T6R is an excellent choice for modern sports coupes and sedans such as the Civic Type R, WRX, STI, Q50, Q60, Golf GTI, and many more. Offered in finishes ranging from 178 to 189.5, including our popular matte bronze, traditional gloss black, and eye-catching gloss gunmetal.
MAT Technology
Enkei created a new manufacturing process to create the next generation of aluminum wheels. The Most Advanced Technology (M.A.T) blends one-piece cast wheel technology with the spinning process, a rim-forming technology. Utilizing this revolutionary casting and rim-forming technology via the M.A.T process is vital to substantially increase the material property and strength of the wheels. The rim-Rolled technique molds the rim to improve material elongation while maintaining the toughness of the wheel.
SPEC-E
All Enkei wheels are designed to withstand severe testing. In fact, Enkei developed its own test standard known as “Spec-E,” which is more stringent than JWL criteria. In comparison to JWL standards, Enkei’s Spec-E test configuration necessitates a higher drop point in the impact test and 20% more cycles in the rotational bending fatigue and dynamic radial fatigue tests.
