The HKS SUPER SQV (Sequential Blow-Off Valve) utilizes an innovative two-stage sequential valve structure, incorporating both primary and secondary valves for precise control. Its differential pressure control system allows for seamless pressure management across a wide operating range, from low to high boost. Unlike conventional blow-off valves, the HKS SQV features a unique “relief-less operation system,” which minimizes pressure relief at high boost levels. This design enhances charge response during repeated throttle ON/OFF cycles, ensuring optimal performance without compromising boost pressure. Features
- Blow-off valves are placed on both banks of the VR30DDTT engine, quickly releasing unnecessary boost pressure from each turbocharger, reducing their load (when the throttle is off).
- Hoses between the turbocharger and intercooler are replaced with dedicated 4-ply silicone hoses for the SQV4, strengthening the hose section.
- All parts except the SQV4 main body are in black to highlight the SQV4.
- The return hose uses a dedicated molded silicone hose, fitting snugly in the engine bay.
