These tubular steel upper control arms enhance the front suspension movement of your 2024 Toyota Tacoma, 2024 Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series, or 2024 Lexus GX550. They provide maximum travel for performance coilovers at a more accessible price compared to our high-end billet components. Built-in additional caster corrects geometry, improving front-end alignment on lifted vehicles.
The all-new Delta Joint PRO features significant durability and performance enhancements over our standard Delta Joints, allowing for up to 90° of free articulation. This design maximizes suspension travel without binding, and it is also larger and fully rebuildable. The grease fitting of the Delta Joint PRO is protected by an anodized billet aluminum dust cap, which is included with the kit. Serviceable heavy-duty dual-stage bushings at the frame pivots are greaseable and rebuildable. They fit into precision-machined bushing housings, ensuring a responsive driving experience. ICON Tubular Upper Control Arms are made from heavy wall DOM tubing, which is CNC formed and fixture welded before receiving a multi-stage semi-gloss black powder coat finish. The kit comes with all the components and hardware necessary for a complete installation, making these tubular upper control arms the perfect front-end upgrade for your 2024 Toyota Tacoma, Land Cruiser 250 Series, or Lexus GX550.

The Delta Joint PRO is ICON’s innovative articulation joint that combines the longevity and durability of factory-style ball joints with performance and strength that surpass traditional motorsports-style ball joints. This new joint features a rebuildable and serviceable design, allowing any component to be removed, inspected, and replaced without needing to purchase an entirely new joint. Strength and durability are enhanced by using a larger ball that provides 56% more bearing surface than our standard Delta Joint, coupled with improved lubrication sealing. At the core of the Delta Joint PRO is its remarkable performance, offering a full 90 degrees of articulation from one extreme to the other. This represents a 14% improvement in range of motion compared to the highly capable original Delta Joint, enabling maximum bind-free suspension movement throughout the complete travel range. The Delta Joint PRO is designed to withstand harsh conditions, featuring a chromoly ball and shaft with a bearing surface hardened to Rockwell C 55. The replaceable races are made from graphite-impregnated sintered metal, precisely machined to ensure a flawless metal-to-metal bearing interface. Additionally, we have redesigned the lubrication system with channels that distribute grease more efficiently without extending beyond the bearing seal.
