Description
The Öhlins Road & Track Coilovers for the 2017+ Honda Civic Type R are a 1-way adjustable high performance suspension setup for drivers seeking nothing less than the best. The Road&Track feature DFV (Dual Flow Valve) Technology, a thermal expanding needle bleed valve, light-weight aluminum components where possible, and corrosion salt spray testing (ISO 9227) for an extremely comprehensive coilover system.
Dual Flow Valve Technology allows the Road&Track improves comfort (figure 1) and maintains tire contact with the road (figure 2) for ideal street and track performance.
A thermal needle bleed valve responds to temperature, expanding when hot as damper fluid loses viscosity. For track guys, this ensures a consistent dampening rate despite changes in damper fluid viscosity.
Light weight aluminum components ensures reduced unsprung weight.
Corrosion salt spray testing (ISO 9227) ensures a rust resistant product guaranteed by Öhlins for two years.
