Description
PERRIN boost tubes are CNC mandrels bent from aluminum tubing for more significant weight reduction. Every boost tube features an extra-large beaded end to guarantee the couplers and hose clamps stay attached and sealed! To transport air to and from the intercooler, we follow the shortest, smoothest route possible. We picked 2.25″ tubing for a smoother, cleaner, obstacle-free routing while yet being large enough to flow more WHP than most turbos can produce. Right off the turbo, a smooth offset coupler transfers the hot side air charge to a perfectly matched 2.25″ boost tube. The air charge is then directed to the intercooler by passing through the engine compartment adjacent to the battery and down behind the radiator. The cold side boost tubes are mounted as high as possible in the engine compartment to clear all turbo and intake combinations as it travels to the throttle body through the engine bay.
