We’ve heard the same complaints regarding motor mounts from owners in every neighborhood over the years: “My car rattles so terribly ever since I placed my motor mount.” We’ve listened to your comments and created a suitable remedy. Unlike the majority of other aftermarket mounts on the market, our rear motor mount uses two press-fit 60A EPDM bushings. To create a design that ideally matches every application, we gathered real-world data and input from a wide range of various vehicles and drivers. Our mount’s main structural component is an I-beam. Due to their resistance to bending, stress, vibration, and reflection, I-beams are ideal for use as mounting structures and connecting rods. To improve the factory’s stiffness and strength, we were able to install a large amount of material. Our precision-machined billet 6061 aluminum motor mount system uses press-fit bushings for all components. The EPDM is able to absorb any engine or chassis disturbance thanks to the press-fit connection, which completely seals off any potential gap and prevents any metallic noises or vibrations. Bushing shells and center inserts have a zinc coating to help prevent corrosion.

WHY EPDM?
Due to its great resistance to external atmospheric factors (heat, ozone, weather), chemicals, solvents, abrasives, ripping, and vibration, EPDM is the ideal bushing material. Because EPDM is denser than urethane, we can use bushings with softer or lower durometers to reduce engine vibration while also increasing rigidity in contrast to the factory mount (s). In contrast to urethane bushing inserts, EPDM bushings won’t swell up, wallow out, or wear out with use. There is a reason why OE producers utilize this kind of bushing.
