These are 19mm hex locking cone seat nuts.  They’re 35mm long, threaded in 12×1.25.  Comes in a set of 4 black locks.  Will only fit aftermarket wheels.  

Please make sure your wheels will accept 19mm hex socket.  Used or installed locks will not be accepted for returns.
